Potato Podimas

Potato Podimas

Potato is everybody's favorite. Especially for kids. But desptie the frenchfries, potato fry, aloo tikki (which are always healthy), the less spicy version with no fat is the Potato Podimas. It is yumm with rice or roti. This is kids version. Hence I have omitted the green chilly and used pepper instead.
