  • 1 cup (200g) Ripe Mango (Peeled and Cubed)
  • As preferred - Sugar or Honey
  • 200 ml Chilled low fat milk
Mango Popsicles

  1. Just make a smooth mass of mango, milk and sweetener by blending in a blender. 
  2. Pour the mango smoothie in popsicle mold and freeze for 8 hours straight. 
  3. Tap and remove gently. Enjoy.
