- 1 cup (200g) Ripe Mango (Peeled and Cubed)
- As preferred - Sugar or Honey
- 200 ml Chilled low fat milk
- Just make a smooth mass of mango, milk and sweetener by blending in a blender.
- Pour the mango smoothie in popsicle mold and freeze for 8 hours straight.
- Tap and remove gently. Enjoy.
