Mutta Dosa | Egg Dosa
Dosa is always preferred when compared to idly. I make many types of dosa or should I say many toppings. This is one among that. The taste is to steam cook egg and not to turn it. This is a good packed food as steamed cooked egg stays softer for long. Kids would love the colorful dosa.
1 tablespoon of chopped tomato
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro or coriander leaves
1 teaspoon of oil
Heat tawa and spread dosa batter to make dosa.
Add egg and top it with onion, tomato, coriander.
Reduce the flame and cover the dosa and cook for a minute.
Open the lid and gently remove dosa.
Serve hot with sauce or any side dish of your choice.
