Most of the Sunday the thought of "What to cook" comes. If some dishes are closely repeated then it is not Sunday Special. This week it was the Pepper Prawn. This is a tasty dry version of Pepper Prawn. The menu was Cooked white rice, Rasam and Pepper Prawn.
Prawn - 1 kg (cleaned)
Red Chilly- 10 nos
Curry LEaves few
Onion-2 (sliced thinly)
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Pepper- 1 tbsp
Soy sauce- 1 tsp
Lemon Juice-1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves- for garnishing
Cinnamon- 1 stick
Add cinnamon and cardamom and fry well.
Add onion, salt and fry well till the raw smell leaves.
Add ginger garlic paste and add cleaned prawns.
Pressure cook without water for 1 whistle.
stir gently and serve hot.
