Healthy snack for kids. A yummy treat with hot coffee.
Cabbage- 1 (shredded) (2 cups of shredded cabbage)
Besan- 10 tbsp
Chilly Powder- 1 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Baking Soda- 1/2 tsp
Water- 3 tbsp
Wash shredded cabbage and dain the watr completely.
Rest it on a kitchen towel or tissue to remove water.
Place it in a clean dry wide bowl.
Add besan chilly powder, salt and baking soda.
Heat oil in a wok.
Deep fry the cabbage pakora until crisp.
Serve hot with tomato garlic sauce.
