A healthy yummy rice for all garlic lovers. The roasted garlic pieces in every bite. Just yumm.
Chopped Garlic- 1 cup
Cooked Rice- 2 cups
Cumin- 1 tsp
Oil- 2 tbsp
Red Chilly- 2
Salt- as per taste
Freshly Ground Pepper- 1 tsp
Heat oil in a wok and add cumin and red chilly.
Fry them for a minute and add chopped garlic.
When garlic gets well roasted add turmeric and salt and fry well.
Add cooked rice and stir gently in medium flame.
Mix well and add freshly ground pepper.
Mix well and serve hot with papad.
