I was cleaning up my pantry and I found I had demerera sugar with me which I bought for the Chocolate Fudge Cake. I was about to hunt for a recipe when I just found the egg-less brownie recipe on the packet itself. The recipe was quiet simple and I just gave a try. It was truly awesome and my 2 year old just loved it.


Ingredients:

All purpose flour- 1 cup
Demerera sugar - 1.5 cups
Cocoa Powder- 50 g
Melted butter- 50 g
Milk- 200 ml
Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp

Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a 9 inching baking pan.
Line the baking pan with the parchment paper and grease the lining too.
In a bowl mix demerera sugar and flour.
Add cocoa powder, vanilla essence, butter and mix to a smooth batter.
Pour to the pan and bake at 200°C for 40 minutes.
Once baking is done remove the brownie from the pan and let the cake cool down completely.
Cut into squares and enjoy.
