I always used to wonder how perfect some food bloggers bake especially the buns. I do not have a loaf pan but I desperately wanted to try out the braided bread and gave it a try with a small amount and it came out so well.


Ingredients:

Maida- 1 cup
Milk- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1 tsp
Salt- a pinch
Yeast- 1 tsp
Warm water- 3 tbsp

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a bowl mix maida, sugar, milk, salt.
In a separate tiny bowl add warm water and put the yeast.
Add this yeast mixture to the maida bowl and knead to a soft dough.
Allow to rest for 1 hour and the dough will raise.
Now knead them back and divide the dough into 3 balls.
Make thick ropes with each ball and attach 1 end as shown in the pic.
Make braids and bake for 30 minutes (top should become brown).
Yummy braided bread is all ready.
