Tomato Masala Omlette
Breakfast is something I would love to plan well ahead. I always like to have a balanced, full breakfast. The heaviest food of the day will be my breakfast. Its quiet healthy to have a full breakfast and having a glass of warm water in empty stomach.
Most of the time egg plays a key role in the breakfast session and most food goes well with egg. Sometime not so favorite breakfast can be gulped down with an egg accompaniment. Do you agree? Today morning I had dosa and pearl onion chutney. Then the tomato masala omlette rolled into the dosa was there. It was so good and all 3 of us enjoyed it to the most.
Coriander Leaves - 5 tbsp (finely chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
Chilly powder- 1 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Oil- 2 tbsp
Tomato should be ripe. Finely chop tomatoes.
In a bowl add tomatoes, gg paste, salt, chilly powder, coriander leaves and eggs.
Whisk well using a fork or an egg beater.
Heat a tawa with 1 tbsp oil.
Pour the egg mixture and keep on medium flame.
Carefully turn around and add 1 tbsp oil.
The egg should be cooked well else you will have raw smell of gg paste.
When both sides are cooked, transfer to serving plate and relish.
