I was a typical carnivore! I cannot eat food without non vegetarian, with fish as my all time favorite. Thet being said, I never liked vegetables in any form. I always had just the gravy or curd rice with any non vegetarian dish. My mom always used to have tough time to make me consume vegetables even during my college days. It so happened that I got placed in a good food industry during my college on-campus placements. As usual, this food factory was also in a remote location with shift working hours. The result! I have to cook and eat. No access to non vegetarian dishes. My room mate cooks vegetable stir fry. This is her signature dish and I just loved it from day 1. There after experimenting with food and my love for vegetables have begun. It has also grown by leaps and bounds now.
