Garlic Flavored Cauliflower Fry
I am a garlic lover. Most of my recipes will include garlic. Even for all vegetable stir fry I add garlic paste. I feel my cooking is incomplete without adding garlic. Not all love garlic. So if I have to cook only for me I make sure to add more garlic. I make cauliflower fry coated with garlic flavor and roasted in oil. Wow its so yumm and very difficult to resist. I always have Garlic Powder handy, plus I love the Garlic Bread.And Garlic Chutney is my favorite for dosa.
Cauliflower Florets- 1 cup (200ml)
Fennel Powder- 1 tbsp
Garlic Paste- 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Chilly Powder- 1 tbsp
Blanch florets to bot water to get rid of pesticides and dirt.
Heat a wok with 2 tbsp oil (retain 1 tbsp).
Add fennel powder and garlic paste.
Fry them well till a roasted aroma arises.
Add cauliflower florets and salt and cook till cauliflower gets half cooked and crisp.
Add Chilly powder and 1 tbsp oil and cook for 2 minutes.
Remove from fire and transfer to serving plate.
Serve hot with roti or and variety rice of your choice.
