Cheese Burst Pasta
Pasta is a favorite of most of us especially kids. I usually make it this way "Pasta with vegetables in Tomato Sauce". Later I came across the pasta flavored with Cheese. Now I have made some additions and the pasta is truly cheesy. Wow so yummy. And for each bite you get a burst of cheese filled inside the pasta. Lets see how to make it.
Pasta- 150 g
Cheese- 2 blocks (20 g)
Butter- 1 tbsp
All purpose Flour- 2 tbsp
Pepper- 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Water for boiling pasta.
In a wide pan boil enough water with some salt.
Add pasta and cook for 2 minutes (keep checking do not over cook)
Once the pasta is cooked, remove it from water. Drain water and wash in cold water. Drain again and set aside.
In a kadai, heat butter.
Meanwhile dilute, all purpose flour in milk and keep it ready.
Add the all purpose flour-milk mixture to butter and keep stirring.
It will thicken quickly. Keep adding water and keep flame slow.
Add cheese and keep stirring till cheese is completely incorporated.
Add cooked pasta and stir it gently.
Add pepper powder and oregano and mix gently to coat the pasta well.
