Papaya Milk Shake

Papaya Milk Shake

Papaya Milk Shake

I am not a fan of Juice or Milkshakes I prefer eating fruits as such. Now I make at least one juice or milkshake for my prince as that is his evening drink and a soup which is his 11 00 am drink. This time I had a huge papaya from my kitchen garden and it was almost over ripe. So no chances of storing them I made papaya milkshake for all of us and it was too good.
The papaya was too sweet that I just added 3 tbsp of powdered sugar for a huge papaya and half litre milk. In the ingredients I am putting the measurement I used for one batch of grinding.

Ingredients:

Papaya - 150 g
Milk - 100 ml
Powdered Sugar | Honey - depending upon the fruit sweetness and your preference

Method:
Papaya Milk Shake

Wash, peel, remove seeds of full ripe papaya.
Chop them to chunks.
Cool boiled milk in a refrigerator for good 2 hours.
In a blender, blend papaya and half the quantity of milk ans sugar to make a smooth paste.
Add remaining milk and blend.
Serve in glasses.
Add crushed ice on top.
