Dates Milk Shake
Dates is a healthy fruit rich in iron. Usually pregnant women, lactating women, anemic people are advised to have dates. Its good for all of us to have 2 dates a day. To add more taste and value a dates milkshake is best for morning breakfast or for evening snack for kids.
Seedless Dates- 1 cup
Sugar | Jaggery- 1/2 cup
Water- 1 cup
Milk- 2 cups
Remove seeds and wash dates.
Soak them in 1 cup of water for 1 hour minimum.
Blend in a blender with sugar or jaggery to a smooth paste.
Add cold milk and blend until smooth.
