Banana Milk Shake
Banana is my favorite fruit. There has been days where I have survived on just the bananas to avoid mess food. It so healthy and nutritious. How about a power packed milkshake?
Banana slices - 1 cup (any banana of your choice)
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Cold Milk- 3 cups
Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp
Peel and chop bananas.
Add sugar, 1 cup milk and blend to a smooth paste.
Add remaining milk and blend along with vanilla essence.
Serve chilled with crushed ice.
