I had mentioned in my previous post where I made the Bread Manchurian. I wanted to try lots of Manchurians and this is one of it. The potato manchurians were so good. The french Fries glaced with Manchurian Sauce was to die for. Both the Manchurians vanished in no time. And this Potato Manchurian is especially a good stuffing for a roll.



Ingredients:

Large Poatoes- 3
Water for Blanching
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying

Onion- 1 
Garlic- 5 pods
Capsicum | Green Bell Pepper -1
Green Chilly- 3
Spring Onion- 5 Stalks
Tomato Ketchup- 3 tbsp
Soy Sauce- 1 tbsp
Chilly Sauce (Green |Red) - 2 tbsp
Salt- as per taste
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Corn Flour- 2 tbsp
Water- 1 cup
Oil- 3 tbsp

Peel and wash Potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Boil water with salt and blanch potatoes for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove blanched potatoes and place on a clean towel to absorb water completely.
Meanwhile chop onion and garlic. Slice green chilly and make strips of capsicum and set aside.
Finely chop spring onions too.
Deep fry blanched potatoes till crisp.
Deep fry strips of capsicum and set aside.
In another wok heat 3 tbsp of oil.
Fry green chillies, garlic, onion along with salt till onion becomes golden brown.
Add chilly sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, water, diluted corn flour, sugar and stir well to make a thick sauce.
Add fried potatoes and capsicum and coat potatoes well with sauce.
Add spring onion and put off the flame.
Serve hot with Fulks | Roti | Chapati.
