Mini Soy Chunks Stir Fry
I am huge fan of Soy Chunks. I make it often and often stock it up. I love the Soy Biriyani and all Soy dishes. One of my favorite is More Curry with Rice and this Mini Soy Chunks Stir fry. Lets quick hop into this yummy recipe.
Mini Soy Chunks - 100 g
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves- few
Onion- 2 (big) finely chopped
Water- for cooking soy chunks
salt as per taste
Oil- 2 tbsp
Chilly Powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder- 2 tbsp
Pepper Powder- 1 tbsp
Heat a wide pot with water and some salt.
Boil Soy Chunks for 5 minutes.
Drain water and set the cooked soy chunks aside.
Heat a wok with oil.
Fry curry leaves and add the ginger garlic paste.
Add onions and salt and fry till onion turns golden brown (note adjust salt as per the soy which is already salted.)
Add chilly powder and coriander powder.
Fry for a couple of minutes.
Add soy Chunks and stir for a couple of minutes.
Add pepper and put off the flame.
Toss well for the chunks to get well coated with pepper.
Serve hot with Rice and More Kuzhambu |Kutan
