How nice it is to have crispy tasty Oats Dosa with some Kathrikka Bhajji for morning breakfast. Such a healthy tasty and filling breakfast to start the day beautifully. I love this combo and so does my achu. What is your favorite for breakfast?
Oats- 1 cup
Idly Rice- 1/2 cup
Urad Dhall / Black Gram- 1/2 cup
Water- for soaking
Water- for grinding
Salt as per taste
Wash and soak black gram and rice together for 4 hours minimum.
Soak oats in water for 30 minutes minimum.
Drain water from Rice-Urad dhall and Oats.
Grind everything together in a wet grinder or a mixer-grinder to make a smooth paste along with water.
Transfer the ground batter to a clean vessel.
Keep in room temperature (25°C to 35 °C) and allow to ferment overnight or 8 hours minimum.
After fermentation stir the batter to make it homogeneous throughout.
Heat a tawa and make dosa until crisp on both sides.
