I love to try different recipes of Chicken. Though Chicken Drumsticks are not a weekly visitors, I would make sure that I make them special whenever I get a chance. I love the Chicken Drumsticks Fry. The other fried recipes of chicken that are my favorite are the Lebanese Lemon Fried Chicken, Chetinad Chicken Fry, Chilly Chicken, Chicken Roast, Pepper Chicken. This recipe was so good and requires no marination. All you just have to do is fry them straight away. Uses just 2 tbsp of oil.

Ingredients:
Chicken legs- 2
Oil- 2 tbsp
Chilly Powder- 1 tbsp
Water-1/2 cup
Chilly Sauce- 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce- 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce- 1 tbsp
Onion- 1 (Finely chopped)
Garlic- 10 pods Finely chopped

Heat a tawa with oil.
Place chicken legs on the tawa and keep roasting them by occasional stirring till brown layer is formed all around.
Use Simmer and slow cook. (Approax 20 min)
When legs are browned all onion and garlic and keep roasting till onion is brown.
Then all chilly powder and toss.
Add water and let the water drain. Now add salt.
Once water is drained, add tomato sauce, chilly sauce, soy sauce and stir.
Remove from tawa and serve hot with Vegetable Fried Rice.
