Lebanese Lemon Fried Chicken
This recipe is from my microwave recipe book. I have made some changes according to my taste. I paired it with the Shahi Chicken Biriyani.
A tip for this dish is to cook it at low flame for the crisp roast and the lemon flavor.
Chicken (Legs and breast)- 500 g
Soy Sauce- 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 tbsp
Corn Flour- 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Chilly - 10 nos
Hot water- 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice- 6 tbsp
Honey- 2 tbsp
Oil- 3 tbsp
Mix soy sauce with ginger garlic paste.
Marinate chicken with red chilly paste, soy-gingergarlic paste, corn flour, lemon juice and salt.
Heat oil in a tawa in medium flame and fry chicken until crisp and cooked.
Before serving brush it with Honey and serve hot with Shahi Chicken Biriyani.
