Nadan Erachi Vazhatiyadhu | Mutton Stir Fry is a Kerala Style of mutton fry. Very simple yet delicious masala. Just 4 ingredients and here goes the yummy mutton masala.



Ingredients:

Mutton- 1/2 kg
Fennel Seeds- 1/2 cup
Garlic- 1 cup
Chilly Powder-2 tbsp
Water-1/2 cup
Salt- to taste
Turmeric- 2 pinch
Coconut Oil- 4 tbsp

Method:

  • Wash mutton and keep aside.
  • Grind together fennel seeds, garlic, water, chilly powder, turmeric and salt to a smooth paste.
  • In a pressure cooker, cook mutton along with masala for 6 whistles without adding any water or oil.
  • After the pressure comes down let the water in mutton drain (if any).
  • Now add coconut oil and curry leaves and toss the mutton well till completely dry.
  • Serve hot with chapati or rice.
