Egg Noodles

I had made Soy Manchurian and Egg noodles for dinner 2 days back. Here I am with the recipe of Egg Noodles. Favorite for all especially kids.



Ingredients:

Noodles- 2 pack (white noodles)
Water- sufficient to boil noodles
Salt- as per taste
Cabbage- 1 cup (shredded)
Beans- 5
Garlic- 10 pods
Onion- 1
Oil- 3 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Eggs - 3
Pepper- 1 tbsp
Soy sauce- 1 tsp
Green chilly- 2

Method:

  • Heat a big pot with water and salt.
  • When it boils vigorously add noodles and cook for strict 3 minutes (else it will become mushy).
  • Remove noodles from pot and wash under tap water and set aside to drain.
  • Heat a kadai with oil.
  • Add eggs and scramble them.
  • Remove and keep aside.
  • In the same pan add oil, garlic, green chillies and onion fry till crisp.
  • Add cabbage and beans and cook till beans is well done.
  • Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, noodles and egg.
  • Mix them all well and serve hot with Soy Manchurian.
