I had made Soy Manchurian and Egg noodles for dinner 2 days back. Here I am with the recipe of Egg Noodles. Favorite for all especially kids.
Noodles- 2 pack (white noodles)
Water- sufficient to boil noodles
Salt- as per taste
Cabbage- 1 cup (shredded)
Garlic- 10 pods
Oil- 3 tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Eggs - 3
Pepper- 1 tbsp
Soy sauce- 1 tsp
Green chilly- 2
- Heat a big pot with water and salt.
- When it boils vigorously add noodles and cook for strict 3 minutes (else it will become mushy).
- Remove noodles from pot and wash under tap water and set aside to drain.
- Heat a kadai with oil.
- Add eggs and scramble them.
- Remove and keep aside.
- In the same pan add oil, garlic, green chillies and onion fry till crisp.
- Add cabbage and beans and cook till beans is well done.
- Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, noodles and egg.
- Mix them all well and serve hot with Soy Manchurian.
