Finally after 2 months I finally completed my challenge for this month. Wondering what am I speaking about?! Its the team challenge of Baking Eggless group by Gayathri of Gayathri's Cook Spot. To know more about the Baking Egg less Group visit HERE.I love donuts and have done the fried version here. This is baked Donuts egg less version.

Ingredients:

Maida- 2 cups
Warm Water- 1/2 cup
Yeast- 1 tbsp
Milk- 1/2 cup
Sugar- 1/4 cup
Salt- a pinch
Butter- 2 tbsp

For the chocolate Glaze:

Cocoa- 2 tbsp
Sugar- 4 tbsp
Water- 1/2 cup
Butter- 2 tbsp
Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp

Method:

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • In a bowl mix maida, butter, yeast, milk, sugar salt and knead to a smooth dough.
  • Keep it covered in a warm place till the dough doubles its volume.
  • Knead it again and roll it flat on a floured surface.
  • Using a doughnut cutter, make tiny donuts.
  • Let it sit to get the volume doubled.
  • Bake at 300 F for 12 minutes.
  • In a pan melt butter add water sugar and cocoa 
  • Mix well to make a smooth glaze.
  • Dip baked donuts to get the glazing on top.
  • Yummy egg less baked donuts ready.
