A simple healthy and nutritious one pot meal. Such a lovely dish that is very good with lots of lentils and a mixture of vegetables.

Red Chilly- 5
Cinnamon- 1 (1 inch piece)
Onion- 1 finely Chopped
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Ghee- 5 tbsp
Oil-3 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Tamarind extract-1/2 cup
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Vegetables- 2 cups (Carrot, beans, drumstick, cauliflower, brinjal cut into 1 inch pieces)
Water- 5 cups
Cilantro- 1/2 cup (finely chopped)

Roast and grind:

Thoor Dhall- 3 tbsp
Urad dhall- 2 tbsp
Coconut-1/2 cup
Fenugreek- 1 tsp
Red Chilly- 5

In a heavy bottom pan, roast  thoor dhal, urad dhall, fenugreek, coconut and red chilies till a nice aroma arises.
Grind them to a fine powder and keep aside.

         Method of Cooking:

Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
     Fry cinnamon, cardamom, clove.
Add onions, red chilies and ginger garlic paste and toss them well till onions become golden brown and the raw smell of ginger garlic paste goes.
Add the ground powder, tamarind extract, salt and sugar and let it boil.
Add vegetables, rice, dhall and 5 cups of water and pressure cook for 6 whistles or till mushy.
Open the pressure cooker add ghee, cilantro and mix well.
     Serve hot with Javarisi Vathal.
Super yummy Bisibellebath is all ready to be gulped.
When your making this for 4 people count the rice and dhall into account or if you just consider rice then you will end up making more.
When your adding water, add as such the bisibelebath is runny because it thickens with time. By the time you serve it will thicken.

You can add 2 to 3 varieties of dhall instead of one too.

P    This is a delicious one pot meal. All vegetables left out and with dhall can be added with rice to make this delicious bisibellebath. I make this once in 2 weeks atleast and you can mash this up well and give this to toddlers. The best combo for this is the friames/crispies.
