Raw mango- 3
Mustard- 1 tsp
Curry leaves- few
Urad dhall- 1/2 cup
Jeera- 1 tsp
Oil- 5 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Cooked rice 2 cups
- Finely chop onion, mango and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Fry mustard, curry leaves, red chillies, jeera.
- Add onion salt and fry them well.
- Add mango and saute well for 5 minutes.
- Put off the flame and mix hot rice.
- Serve hot with some tomato pachadi.
