Chicken Omlette

This is a dish really new to me. A new chettinad restaurant was opened near my place. They had some unique dishes which I have never heard of. In that was this chicken omlette. After ordering that my husband liked it very much. So I kind of guessed the recipe and tried it out. It became a hit. So here goes the recipe.

This is a wonderful tummy filler and kids will love it.
