Vegetable Fried Rice

Vegetable Fried Rice is one of the item that I would never fail to order. I love to have this 24x7. I would like to have it Gobi Manchurian.
Ingredients

Onion- 1
Carrot- 1
Capsicum- 1
Beans- 10
Shredded cabbage- 1 cup
Celery- 1/2 cup
Spring onion- 1/2 cup
Pepper- 1 tbsp
Soysauce- 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Chopped garlic- 2 tbsp
Green chillies- 3
Cooked Rice*- 2 cups
Oil- 4 tbsp

Method:

* soak Rice in water for 10mins and boil with water in the ratio 2:1 for water:rice.

  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Fry Garlic, chillies.
  • Add onions, carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage and saute well till vegetables are crisp and half cooked.
  • Add pepper and soysauce.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Add celery and spring onion.
  • Add cooked rice and mix well.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
