This is a simple, quick easy, Yummy Snack.. Its my dad's favorite.. Kids will love it toooooo.....



Ingredients:

Soy- 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Chilly powder- 1 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:

Soy Deep Fry
  • Soak soya in hot water with salt for 15 minutes. 
  • Drain water and squeeze soy dry without any water. 
  • Marinate soy with chilli powder, salt, Ginger garlic paste for 10 minutes. (you can leave it for more time if you have ample time).
  • Heat oil in a kadai. When oil is heated well, add marinated soy and cook till they turn brown and crisp. 
  • Yummy crispy Soy fry ready.... Serve hot with onion rings...
