I love Green Peas. My favorite dishes are the Green Peas Masala, Green Peas Pulao, Green Peas Kachori. However the Green Peas Masala is good with both Roti and Pulao. Though I love to use Fresh Peas always I keep stock of Dry Green Peas. I do not use the frozen Because of these reasons. "Frozen Food a Pack of Bacteria".

Green Peas- 250 g
Onion- 2
Tomato- 4
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Chilli powder- 1tbsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder- 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi- 1 tbsp
Milk- 150 ml
Oil-3 tbsp
Salt: as required

Soak dry green peas overnight and pressure cook with salt and keep aside.
Blanch tomatoes and peel them and grind to a smooth paste and keep aside.
Chop onion and heat a kadai with oil
Add ginger garlic paste and onion and fry well.
Add kasuri methi, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala and fry well.
Now add the tomato puree and mix well.
Add milk and stir.
Add boiled green peas salt and allow to boil for 2 minutes with occasional  stirring.
Swich off the stove and garnish with coriander leaves and lemon slices.
Serve hot with roti.
