Fried Boiled Egg Gravy

Wish you all a very happy pongal... Am sorry for delayed post.. I am at my native and my internet is not OK.. So am just restricting my post to one and will be back full fledged as on wednesday...This Recipe is a fabulous curry called the Fried  Boiled egg gravy. Just yummy as it sounds.


Ingredients:

Eggs- 4
Onion- 4 (no of eggs and onion should be equal)
Chillies- 2
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves- 1 cup
Curry leaves- 1/2 cup
Jeera- 1 tbsp
Fennel- 1 tbsp
Oil- 4 tbsp
Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Curry masala- 1 tbsp
Salt as required

Method:





  • Boil eggs and de shell them. Tear the skin here and there. Cut onions, slit green chillies, chop coriander leaves.
  • Heat a kadai with oil. 
  • Fry cumin, fennel, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves and saute them well. 
  • Now grind all this in a mixer grinder to make a smooth paste.
  •  In the same kadai add boiled eggs and toss them well till they are well roasted
  • Remove them and keep aside. Now add ground masala to kadai and fry them well with chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala. 
  • Add eggs and coriander leaves. stir well and serve hot with rice.
