The lunch box food has to be at its best, else it is very difficult to push the rest of the day if the meal is not proper. If the lunch box food is super tasty, it could actually have a good influence on our mood the entire day. Do you agree with me!

I love to try good recipes with are pack proof. Means it has to taste good even after hours of cooking. The potato fry for variety rice is the best combo for any types of variety rice. Check out!



Ingredients:

Potato cubes- 4 large potatoes.
Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
Pepper-1 tsp
Salt- As required.
Oil- for frying
Water- For blanching


Method: 
Potato fry (for variety rice)

Peel and cut potatoes into medium sized cubes. 

Allow water to boil, add a tsp of water to it. 
Now put potato cubes and blanch them for 3 min. 
Drain them and place them on a clean kitchen towel for excess moisture to get absorbed.

By the time take a kadai and heat oil for frying these potato cubes. When oil is well heated, add these potato cubes to oil and fry well.
Meanwhile in a plate mix chilli powder, pepper and salt. After potatoes are fried, remove them from oil and place them in a bowl. 
Add this mixed powder and coat them well. 
Serve hot with variety rice.
