Pom Guava Blend


Ingredients:

Pomegranate seeds- 1 cup
Ripe guava- 1
Water- 1½ cups
Salt- a pinch

Method:
  
Wash the Guava well and cut in into cubes,
Place it in the big jar and inch in pulse mode till crushed.
Add 1 cup of water and blend well till smooth.
Strain in big-eyed filter till smooth. Keep the juice aside.
Pour both the juices in the big jar and add Honey, Salt, Lemon Juice and blend along with ice cubes of crushed ice. Serve in glasses.

This is ideal to overcome high blood pressure because of its low sodium content.
