Green Rice

Ingredients:

Cooked Rice- 2 cups
Coriander leaves- 1 cup
Pudhina - 1 cup
Green Chillies- 4
Garlic- 3 pods
Salt as reuired
Oil- 2 tbsp

Method:

In a mixer grinder grind coriander leaves, pudhina, green chillies, garlic, salt and add 2 tbsp of water and grind to make a smooth paste.Take a kadai, add oil and the ground paste and fry well. Add rice and mix well. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
