Crispy King Fish Fry

Sunday Lunch Special: Rice, Rasam and Crispy King Fish Fry. 
Ingredients:

King Fish – 1 kg
Red chilly – 20
Pepper- 1 tsp
Onion- 2
Garlic- 10
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Rock salt- as required
Oil for shallow frying

Method:

Crispy King Fish Fry

  • Add red chillies, pepper to a mixer grinder and crush to a coarse powder. 
  • Now add onion, garlic, rock salt and little water and grind to make a smooth paste.
  • Clean fish and marinate with the paste for 1 hour. 
  • In a tawa pour some coconut oil and shallow fry marinated fish till crisp on both sides.
