Capsicum Gravy

A simple yummy gravy that goes well with Chapati or naan.
Ingredients:

Capsicum- 2 big ones
Onion- 4
Tomato – 6 medium sized
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder- 2 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Oil – 3 tbsp

  • Slice capsicum, chop onions and tomato. 
  • In a kadai heat oil and add capsicum. 
  • Add some salt and fry capsicum very well. 
  • Now remove the fried capsicum to the same kadai add onion and ginger garlic paste and fry well. 
  • Add tomato and fry till tomatoes are soft and well cooked. 
  • Add chilli powder, coriander powder and fry well till the raw small goes. 
  • Now add capsicum and fry for a couple of minutes. Serve hot with chapatti.

TIP: Capsicum should be crisp, so do not cook it for more time as it will become soggy.
