Cabbage Stir Fry


Cabbage- 1 shredded
Fennel seeds powder- 2 usp
Chili powder- 2 tsp
Salt- As required
Garlic 20 pods finely chopped


Take a Kadai pour 2 tbsp oil. When oil gets well heated add chopped garlic and fennel seeds powder and fry well. Add cabbage and fry well for 10 mins. Now add chilli powder, turmeric and salt and mix well. Spread cabbage as a thin layer on the kadai simmer the flame and let it get toasted. Care should be taken not to char the cabbage. Now stir to toast completely. Once cabbage is crisp, remove from fire and enjoy.

NOTE: No water should be added anywhere in the recipe. Don’t cover the cabbage with lid as it will turn cabbage soggy.
